Illusion on the Menu

buy tickets
Are you ready to taste illusions and experience a sensory show for both brain and taste buds?

In the Food Illusion Lecture, you’ll be invited into a fascinating world where gastronomy meets neuroscience – and nothing tastes quite the way you expect.

Gastronomic researcher and chef Jonas Cronqvist will guide you through an interactive lecture filled with taste samples, scent experiments, and visual surprises that challenge everything you think you know about food and your senses.

Is it really your taste buds or your brain that decides what you like?

You’ll find out when you…

  • Taste your way through the five basic flavors
  • Discover how colors and shapes trick your brain
  • Learn how what we see, smell, and hear changes how we taste

Every bite is a small illusion designed to surprise, confuse, and fascinate.
