    Do you offer birthday packages, or do I need to organise everything myself?

    We offer complete birthday packages that include tickets, guided activities, party bags, and optional food and drinks. Simply choose the package that suits your group – there’s no need to organise anything yourself.

    How far in advance should I book a birthday slot?

    We recommend booking at least 5 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates. Popular times fill up quickly.

    Is there a minimum age for birthday guests?

    Our birthday parties are suitable for all ages, from 0 to 100+. If you have any special requirements, just let us know and we’ll be happy to tailor the experience to suit your group.

    Are there party rooms available before or after the experience?

    Yes, we offer a party area that can be used before or after your museum visit, depending on availability and the package selected.
