MIND BLOOM CAMPAIGN 2026 – TERMS & CONDITIONS 
Museum of Illusions Copenhagen 

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Mind Bloom 2026 promotion taking place at Museum of Illusions Copenhagen between 28 March 2026 and 6 April 2026 (inclusive). 

SECTION A – CHILD TICKETS 

1. Eligibility 

A child ticket is valid for children aged 3 to 12 years old. 

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times during their visit. 

2. General Conditions 

Tickets are subject to availability. 

Standard entry Terms & Conditions of Museum of Illusions Copenhagen apply. 

The Museum reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion where reasonably necessary, including in cases of operational, safety, or other circumstances beyond its control. 

SECTION B – EASTER EGG HUNT ACTIVATION 

1. Promoter 

The promoter of this promotion is Museum of Illusions Copenhagen ApS, CVR no. 43704575, operating Museum of Illusions Copenhagen, with registered address at Frederiksberggade 24, 1459 Copenhagen, Denmark  (the “Promoter”). 

2. Promotion Period 

The activation runs from 27 March 2026 to 6 April 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).  

3. Eligibility 

The promotion is open to visitors attending Museum of Illusions Copenhagen during the Promotion Period. 

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times during their visit. 

Participation in the Easter Egg Hunt activation is included with valid museum admission and no additional purchase is required to participate. 

4. Prize 

Participants who successfully complete the Easter Egg Hunt activation during the Promotion Period may receive a small Easter-themed prize (the “Prize”), subject to availability. 

The nature of the Prize may vary and may include, but is not limited to, a themed sticker sheet or a confectionery item. The Prize will consist of a small Easter-themed item, which may include a branded sticker sheet or a confectionery item, as determined by the Promoter. 

The Promoter will make a reasonable quantity of Prizes available during the Promotion Period. However, due to the nature of the activation and visitor attendance levels, the Promoter cannot guarantee that a Prize will be available to every participant. Prizes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. 

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. 

Where the Prize consists of a confectionery item, it is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to assess the suitability of the item for the child, including in relation to allergies or dietary requirements. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for adverse reactions where allergen information has been made available. 

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.   

Prizes are intended for children participating in the activation. 

5. General 

A. Liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the Prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Danish law, including cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. 

B. Misuse. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse participation or withdraw a Prize where it reasonably suspects misuse, misconduct, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. 

C. Data Protection. No personal data will be collected or processed for the purposes of this activation. Where personal data is processed in connection with museum entry or other services, such processing will take place in accordance with the Museum of Illusions Copenhagen Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR. 

D. Changes to the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend, or withdraw the activation where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, including operational or safety considerations. 

E. Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising in connection with the promotion shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
