SPRING FLASH SALE 2026 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Museum of Illusions Copenhagen 

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Spring Flash Sale promotion (the “Promotion”) operated by Museum of Illusions Copenhagen ApS (CVR no. 43704575), operating Museum of Illusions Copenhagen, with registered address at Frederiksberggade 24, 1459 Copenhagen, Denmark (the “Museum”), between 23 March 2026 and 27 March 2026 (inclusive). 

1. Offer Details 

All standard admission tickets for visits taking place Monday to Friday at the Museum between 23 March 2026 and 27 March 2026 (inclusive) are eligible for a 20% discount. 

To redeem the discount, customers must: 

  • enter the promo code SPRING20 during the online checkout process; or 
  • present the code when purchasing tickets at the Museum reception. 

The discount will not be applied automatically and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed purchases. 

2. Eligibility 

A child ticket is valid for children aged 3 to 12 years (inclusive). 

Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or over) at all times during their visit. 

The Museum reserves the right to request proof of age where reasonably necessary. 

3. Validity Period 

This Promotion applies strictly to visits taking place between 23 March 2026 and 27 March 2026 (inclusive) and is valid only for bookings made during the same period, unless otherwise expressly stated. 

4. Purchase Channels 

The Promotion is valid only for tickets purchased: 

  • online via the official Museum of Illusions Copenhagen website; or 
  • on-site at the Museum reception (subject to availability). 

5. General Conditions 

  • The discount applies only to eligible tickets for weekday visits during the Promotion period. 
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers, unless expressly stated otherwise. 
  • The discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
  • This Promotion is not valid for the purchase of gift cards or vouchers. 
  • All tickets are subject to availability. 
  • Refunds and cancellations.
    Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights under applicable Danish law. Tickets purchased under this Promotion are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, except where: 
    • required under mandatory law (including, where applicable, rights under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act); or 
    • otherwise permitted under the Museum’s standard ticketing terms. 

Please note that, in accordance with Section 18(2)(12) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, tickets for leisure services provided on a specific date or within a specific period may not be subject to a right of withdrawal. 

  • The Museum’s standard entry Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and visits. 
  • The Museum reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion where objectively justified, including in cases of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, technical errors, or misuse of the Promotion. Any such changes will not affect bookings already confirmed. 
  • The Museum reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking in the event of pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or misuse of the Promotion. 
  • The Museum reserves the right to refuse application of the discount or cancel bookings where it reasonably considers that the Promotion is being misused or applied in breach of these Terms. 
  • Consumer Complaint Information. Consumers may submit complaints to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority (Forbrugerklagenævnet) via www.forbrug.dk  

Consumers residing in another EU Member State may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr  

6. Liability 

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted under Danish law. Subject to the above, the Museum shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, unless caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct. 

7. Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the competent Danish courts. 

8. Severability  

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
