Family bundle voucher promotion - Terms and Conditions

Museum of Illusions Copenhagen 

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Family Bundle Voucher Promotion (the “Promotion”) operated by MOI Kopenhagen Opco ApS (the “Museum”). 

Offer Details 

Customers who purchase a Family Bundle ticket consisting of two (2) Adult Admission tickets and two (2) Child Admission tickets will receive: 

  • 10% discount on the Family Bundle ticket price; and 
  • One (1) voucher with a value of 139 DKK (the “Voucher”). 
     

The Voucher is equivalent to the value of one Child Admission ticket and may be used towards a future ticket purchase in accordance with these Terms. 

The Voucher will be automatically sent by email following completion of the qualifying purchase. 

The Promotion applies only to eligible Family Bundle tickets purchased during the Promotion Period. 

Promotion Period 

Promotion period: 

Until 9 August 2026 (inclusive). 

Qualifying Family Bundle tickets must be purchased on or before 9 August 2026. 

The Voucher may be redeemed for visits taking place on or before 9 August 2026. 

Eligibility 

The Promotion is available only when purchasing a Family Bundle ticket consisting of: 

  • Two (2) Adult Admission tickets; and 
  • Two (2) Child Admission tickets. 
     

A Child Admission ticket is valid for children aged up to and including 12 years old. 

Customers purchasing any other ticket combination, bundle, or admission product are not eligible to receive the Voucher. 

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or over) at all times during their visit. 

The Museum reserves the right to request proof of age where reasonably necessary. 

Voucher Conditions 

The Voucher: 

  • Has a value of 139 DKK. 
  • Will be issued electronically via email following purchase of a qualifying Family Bundle ticket. 
  • May be used towards future ticket purchases made through the Museum's official sales channels. 
  • Must be redeemed for visits taking place on or before 9 August 2026. 
  • May only be used once. 
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred, resold, or replaced if lost, deleted, or expired. 
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, offer, voucher, or promotional code unless expressly stated otherwise. 

Any remaining balance after redemption will be forfeited and no cash alternative will be provided. 

Exclusions 

The Promotion: 

  • Applies only to qualifying Family Bundle tickets comprising two (2) adults and two (2) children. 

The Promotion does not apply to: 

  • Individual admission tickets 
  • Alternative ticket bundles 
  • Flex tickets 
  • Group tickets 
  • School bookings 
  • Corporate bookings 
  • Private events 
  • Gift cards 
  • Any other non-standard admission products unless expressly stated 

Purchase Channels 

The Promotion is valid for qualifying Family Bundle tickets purchased: 

  • Online via the official Museum of Illusions Copenhagen website; or 
  • On-site at the museum reception (subject to availability). 

General Conditions 

The discount and Voucher apply only to qualifying Family Bundle tickets purchased during the Promotion Period. 

One (1) Voucher will be issued per qualifying Family Bundle ticket purchased. 

The Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or offers unless expressly stated otherwise. 

The Voucher has no cash value and no cash alternative will be offered. 

Tickets and Vouchers are subject to availability and the Museum's standard ticketing policies. 

Refunds and Cancellations 

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. 

If a qualifying Family Bundle ticket purchase is refunded or cancelled, any Voucher issued in connection with that purchase shall become void and may not be redeemed. 

Tickets purchased under this Promotion are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, except where: 

  • required by applicable law; or 
  • otherwise permitted under the Museum's standard ticketing policy. 

Additional Terms 

The Museum's standard entry Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and visits. 

The Museum reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion where reasonably necessary, including (but not limited to) circumstances beyond its control, technical issues, or to prevent misuse. Any such changes will not affect confirmed bookings. 

The Museum reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking where a pricing error, technical malfunction, or misuse of the Promotion has occurred. 

The Museum reserves the right to refuse issuance or redemption of the Voucher, or cancel bookings, where it reasonably believes the Promotion is being misused or applied in breach of these Terms. 

Liability 

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law. 

Subject to this, the Museum shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising in connection with this Promotion. 

Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
